Induction & Ticketing
All workers carry a valid White Card and role-specific high-risk licences. We support online induction setup through platforms like Rapid or HammerTech, ensuring workers arrive site-ready.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Workers are briefed on relevant SOPs for plant, tools, and equipment. We verify experience through VOCs or references to ensure each operator is competent and confident on your site.
Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
We provide tailored SWMS for each project and role, covering high-risk tasks like crane lifts, EWP use, and traffic control. All documents are aligned with WHS Regulation 2017 and submitted before mobilisation or on arrival.
Emergency Preparedness & Reporting
Each worker understands their role in emergency procedures and incident response. If an incident occurs, we respond immediately, liaising with your team and providing full documentation.
Toolbox Talks & Pre-Starts
Our crews come prepared to take part in toolbox talks and pre-start meetings. They’re briefed internally before deployment and encouraged to engage proactively in daily safety discussions.
Site Monitoring & Audits
We perform regular site visits and check-ins on all ongoing projects. This helps maintain compliance, address concerns early, and ensure our workers continue to meet your standards.
WHS Documentation & Transparency
We maintain up-to-date Public Liability, Workers Compensation, and award compliance. All documents are available on request for onboarding, audits, or principal contractor requirements.
